• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the client’s challenges thoroughly.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural considerations, ensuring that treatment is both effective and relevant.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, family, couple, and group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services and engage in proactive communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are upheld.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with practical knowledge and self-management skills to enhance their well-being.
• Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to offer coordinated and holistic care to clients.
• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your clinical approach.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure patient confidentiality at all times, fostering trust and respect in the therapeutic relationship.

The primary client population includes individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. Our diverse clientele reflects a rich tapestry of backgrounds, and we are dedicated to offering culturally competent care that recognizes each individual's unique context. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team atmosphere, embracing a co-treatment philosophy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and their families, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, specifically within a community health or behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools that facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Strong background in trauma-informed care approaches and culturally sensitive practices.

Centre Mental and Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $84,000 annually, with actual compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Our robust benefits package includes:
