Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling through video conferencing while maintaining ethical and compassionate practices.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans outlining achievable goals and strategies for improvement.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to foster understanding of their feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and assist clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adult clients, presenting diverse mental health needs ranging from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders. Our goal is to assist individuals in developing coping strategies that enhance their daily life quality and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) with the ability to practice independently.
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Strong computer literacy, along with a reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• Dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client consultations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and populations, particularly in an online or telehealth capacity.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapies and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Prior experience in private practice settings or similar environments is a plus.

Our salary range is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, and includes a sign-on bonus to support your transition to our network.
