As part of our remote workforce, you will have the flexibility to provide care in a virtual setting while collaborating with educators and other professionals to enhance student well-being. You will work closely with the school, engaging in practices that empower students to thrive socially and academically.

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including individual, group, and family therapy, to help them manage symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop integrated care plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Engage actively with families, schools, and community resources to facilitate a holistic approach to each client’s treatment journey.
• Monitor and document progress towards treatment goals meticulously, ensuring outcomes are in line with the established care plan.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with educators, psychologists, and administration to enhance the delivery of mental health services.
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating expert judgment and timely responses during emergencies or critical incidents.
• Provide on-call coverage when assigned to ensure continuous support for clients outside regular program hours.

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. You will be tasked with understanding and addressing the unique emotional and social dynamics that impact students' academic performance and personal growth. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience in students, especially within an under-served community where access to mental health resources is limited.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on working with children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards in social work practices and commitment to upholding these values in every aspect of your work.

• Experience in school-based mental health services or familiarity with educational environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems for clinical documentation.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
