• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, utilizing tools like standardized assessment forms to inform your evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual therapy sessions, structured family consultations, and dynamic group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that detail measurable goals and interventions based on the unique circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating an environment where participants can share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and risk assessments, integrating safety planning into your sessions as necessary to manage acute needs effectively.
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation that complies with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring that all records are updated in our electronic health record (EHR) system without delay.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in outpatient mental health settings, evidencing your capacity to operate in a client-centered manner.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Prior experience working with specific populations, such as children and families, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
