MVA Paralegal (Remote)

Motor Vehicle Accidents

    • Expanding rapidly into Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) personal injury cases
Position Overview
  • First dedicated U.S.-based MVA Paralegal
  • Opportunity to help build the MVA practice from the ground up
  • Responsible for managing cases from intake through settlement preparation
  • High-autonomy role in a lean, performance-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle MVA case files end-to-end
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Obtain, organize, and review:
    • Medical records
    • Police reports
    • Supporting case documentation
  • Partner with attorneys to move cases toward settlement
  • Coordinate with intake team for smooth onboarding
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and follow-through
Required Experience
  • 5+ years as a paralegal in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm
  • 3+ years of direct MVA case experience from intake through settlement
  • Proven ability to independently manage full case files
  • Experience in a high-volume personal injury environment
Required Skills
