Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, which may include interviews, questionnaires, and collaborative discussions with client support systems.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes in your clients' mental health journeys.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques tailored specifically to each client's needs.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Work closely with a dedicated, interdisciplinary treatment team, facilitating case reviews and contributing to ongoing treatment planning.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in social work practices and mental health research to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our clinic, you will work primarily with adult clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and depression. Your role will be crucial in guiding clients through their recovery processes by providing them with the tools and techniques needed to navigate their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are crucial, along with a strong commitment to patient advocacy and ethical practice.
• You should possess the capability to thrive within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, using insights from diverse perspectives to enhance client care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field of social work, particularly in mental health, is highly preferred.
