Job description

Inktavo + OrderMyGear
Inktavo and OrderMyGear (OMG) have joined forces to modernize how the apparel and promotional product decoration industry does business. Since the early 2000s, our combined platforms have provided a better way for thousands of distributors, decorators, and team dealers to sell branded merchandise across channels. Today, we are the market-leading technology shaping the future of group online commerce.
By joining our team, you'll play a pivotal role in this rapidly changing industry as we scale our platforms and improve the eCommerce experience for our clients and their customers.

As the Director of Sales, you'll lead the team responsible for MergeCo's growth by owning the numbers and the frontline sales leaders who deliver it. • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Rev Ops, and Marketing for a cohesive go-to-market motion.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top sales leadership talent and build a culture of accountability.

  • Strong operating rigor for forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with a history of developing managers and building high-performing teams
  • Salesforce proficiency and comfort with modern sales tools, e.g., Gong, Drift
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
