Job Description
Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG) is seeking a highly qualified Digital Integration/Enterprise Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive Warfighter Training Support Services at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). The purpose of this position is to support the planning, development, execution, management, and evaluation of military training for approximately 4,200 cadets annually during both the academic year and summer training programs. This position will assist the USAFA in delivering a coherent, progressive, and operationally relevant 47-month cumulative military training continuum aligned with Department of the Air Force (DAF) readiness objectives, Joint Force expectations, and USAFA cadet development outcomes.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensure TUTOR/Moodle workflows support usable, structured, and longitudinal training data capture, reporting, dashboards, and longitudinal visibility.
  • In collaboration with team members, provide design, evaluation, data, and digital support that may be performed through local presence, remote support, hybrid, travel-supported engagement, or corporate reach-back based on mission need, talent availability, security/access requirements, and Government-approved coordination.
  • Coordinate with the ISD Team, Evaluation Team, WTAs, and TU technical reach-back to maintain alignment among curriculum, assessment tools, data fields, dashboards, exports, and reporting requirements.
  • Utilize assessment data, performance observations, AAR inputs, safety findings, instructor feedback, and resource lessons inputs to inform courseware updates, scenario refinements, remediation pathways, instructor preparation, dashboard reporting, and annual program recommendations.
  • Ensure TUTOR/Moodle workflows support usable, structured, and longitudinal training data capture.
  • Perform configuration, user support, data workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement within the Warfighter Training Integration Solutions (WTIS) environment.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess 5 - 8 years' experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and application support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications Education Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Certification(s) with LMS Administration is desired.
  • Requires experience Moodle or other configuration coordination, user support, role/access support, routine exports/reporting, usability support, coordination with reach-back, and data workflow troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining large databases and implementing data governance policies.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise application support, identity management, cloud-based collaboration tools, SQL databases, Microsoft 365 technologies, and instructional technology standards.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.

Clearance: Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
