What is a Remote Monster Energy Model?

Remote Monster Energy Models are brand ambassadors who represent Monster Energy virtually, typically through social media, online events, and digital marketing campaigns. Unlike traditional promotional models who attend in-person events, remote models engage with fans and promote the brand from anywhere, often by sharing content, participating in livestreams, and interacting with the online community. Their main goal is to increase brand awareness and showcase Monster Energy’s products in a positive and engaging way. This role requires strong communication skills, a dynamic online presence, and a passion for the Monster Energy lifestyle.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a Remote Monster Energy Model?

To thrive as a Remote Monster Energy Model, you generally need experience in promotional modeling, a professional appearance, and strong brand representation skills. Familiarity with virtual event platforms, social media tools, and brand-specific guidelines is typically required. Outstanding communication, reliability, and the ability to engage audiences online set top candidates apart. These skills are essential for effectively promoting the brand, building audience engagement, and ensuring a positive representation of Monster Energy in virtual settings.

What challenges do Remote Monster Energy Models face and how can they be overcome?

Remote Monster Energy Models often face challenges such as coordinating virtual promotional events, maintaining brand engagement without in-person interaction, and managing a flexible schedule across different time zones. To overcome these, it's important to develop strong communication skills, be proactive in using digital platforms for outreach, and stay organized with task management tools. Building a strong online presence and collaborating closely with the marketing team can also enhance effectiveness and increase opportunities for advancement.

What is the difference between Remote Monster Energy Model vs Remote Brand Ambassador?

AspectRemote Monster Energy ModelRemote Brand Ambassador
CredentialsMinimal; often requires modeling or promotional experienceMinimal; often requires marketing or communication skills
Work EnvironmentPromotional events, social media, photoshoots (remote or in-person)Online campaigns, social media, community engagement
Industry UsageMarketing, promotions, sponsorships in energy drink industryBrand promotion across various industries, including beverages

The Remote Monster Energy Model primarily focuses on promotional modeling and event appearances for the energy drink brand, often involving photoshoots and social media promotion. In contrast, a Remote Brand Ambassador engages in broader brand promotion activities, including online campaigns and community engagement, often representing multiple brands. Both roles require strong communication skills but differ in their specific responsibilities and work environments.

How do you become a remote Monster Energy model?

To become a remote Monster Energy model, applicants typically need to submit an application through the company's official channels, demonstrate strong communication and social media skills, and often have a background in marketing, promotions, or event hosting. Building a personal brand and engaging with the brand's target audience can also improve chances of selection.

Job description

Job Description:

DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk. Our platform and applications integrate into core business processes so teams can develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business - today and in the future.

As a Senior Pre-Sales AI Solutions Engineer for Oil & Gas, you'll be the technical leader in the field for complex, high-impact opportunities across the energy value chain - upstream (exploration, drilling, production), midstream (pipeline and transport), and downstream (refining, petrochemicals). You will partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to run technical discovery, architect solutions, deliver compelling demos, and lead proof-of-value engagements that show measurable outcomes against the metrics operators care about, such as production uplift, unplanned-downtime reduction, HSE performance, and emissions and methane-monitoring targets, while addressing governance, risk, and the deployment realities of remote, intermittently connected, and often air-gapped operating environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can credibly advise energy customers on how to move from "AI pilots" to production-grade AI systems with observability, governance, and controls across models, LLMs, and agentic apps-including AI that must operate alongside OT/SCADA and industrial historian systems in safety-critical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business-to-Technical Translation: Partner with sales teams to understand operators' strategic priorities and technical constraints; map those to DataRobot capabilities, with tailored messaging for energy personas (CIO/CTO, Chief Data Officer, VP of Digital/Digital Transformation, reservoir and production engineering leaders, plant and reliability managers, HSE leadership, and OT/process-control practitioners).

  • Demo Execution & Use Case Framing: Deliver engaging, outcome-oriented demos grounded in oil & gas use cases, such as predictive maintenance on rotating equipment (ESPs, compressors, turbines), production optimization and decline-curve analysis, predictive emissions and methane-leak detection, drilling optimization and ROP prediction, refinery yield and energy optimization, and demand forecasting, for both new prospects and existing customers; shape and refine use cases based on asset maturity, data availability, and strategic alignment.

  • Solution Design & Deployment Readiness: Define key technical requirements and recommend deployment models that fit energy operating realities-on-prem, edge, hybrid, and air-gapped or low-connectivity field deployments, and advise on readiness of data to ensure quick time-to-value for new and expansion opportunities.

  • Compliance & Security Alignment: Support conversations around AI governance, data security, model transparency, and responsible AI in alignment with industry and regulatory context relevant to energy operators (process-safety and critical-infrastructure expectations, OT/IT segmentation, and emerging AI governance standards).

  • Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback on energy-sector needs, procurement hurdles, and technical blockers to Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams, ensuring DataRobot's offerings remain relevant for upstream, midstream, and downstream buyers.

  • Sales Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor across the sales team by supporting Account Executives, and Engagement Director with the technical knowledge and assets that advance AI adoption in oil & gas accounts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to translate GenAI and ML platform capabilities into the language of energy operations and the metrics operators are measured on.

  • Familiarity with oil & gas data and systems-industrial time-series/sensor data, OT/SCADA and historian platforms, and common upstream/midstream/downstream workflows-strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success supporting sales pursuits (new logos and account expansion) with technical expertise and solution design.

  • Excellent communication and demo skills; proven ability to present complex AI concepts in a clear, value-driven manner to both business leaders and technical stakeholders, including engineers and OT practitioners.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving product offerings and shifting priorities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in customer-facing AI engagement, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within software/SaaS, with direct experience in oil & gas, energy, or utilities preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree in a technical or analytical field, or in petroleum/chemical/mechanical engineering or geoscience, a plus.

  • Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics sales, ideally for industrial or energy use cases.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% on average to customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences (e.g., energy-sector events), and field/asset sites, which may include travel to operational facilities.

The talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot's journey to be an iconic company. We strive to attract and retain the best talent by providing competitive pay and benefits with our employees' well-being at the core. Here's what your benefits package may include depending on your location and local legal requirements: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Flexible Time Off Program, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!
