Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake screenings to identify and understand client needs and mental health challenges.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to treat various mental health issues.
  • Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
