• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake screenings to identify and understand client needs and mental health challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to treat various mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care and ensure a multidimensional approach to health.
• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and insights to make informed decisions about their mental health.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices for patient care.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the clinical director.

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and those recovering from mild traumatic brain injuries. Using your specialized skills in CBT, you will help these individuals navigate their journeys toward recovery and improved mental wellness. Your ability to understand their unique circumstances will be critical in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. You should possess an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state.
• Your clinical experience should reflect a minimum of two years in a mental health setting with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Proven expertise in working with clients with mild traumatic brain injury is highly valued.
• You must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing tools.
• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and tracking client progress.
• A background in community outreach initiatives aimed at improving mental health awareness and access to care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
