• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain an understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, employing a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of your clients.
• Utilize therapeutic frameworks such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to foster client engagement and promote positive outcomes.
• Develop and maintain actionable treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress monitoring metrics.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create comprehensive treatment strategies and facilitate coordinated care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and support during critical situations.
• Act as a strong advocate for clients, assisting them in connecting with appropriate community resources and offering case management support when necessary.
• Engage in community outreach and awareness-raising activities to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues and enhance access to services.

You will be working with a diverse client base ranging from individuals facing acute mental health crises to families seeking support for long-term recovery efforts. This role is particularly focused on promoting mental wellness among individuals in the community who may be underserved, ensuring equitable access to essential services and resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a high standard of practice.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential to undertake therapeutic responsibilities legally and ethically.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cultural competence, enabling effective work with diverse populations is critical.
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with empathy and a strong problem-solving orientation, are vital for success in this role.
