- Track and monitor project labor hours, production rates, and cost performance across multiple active projects.
- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
- Analyze actual labor hours against planned labor hours and identify variances.
- Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure projects are appropriately staffed.
- Monitor project schedules and coordinate with operations leadership regarding project status and staffing needs.
- Track equipment utilization and support planning efforts related to project execution.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Provide operational reporting and analysis to company leadership.
- Support emergency utility restoration and storm response activities when required.
- Assist with identifying operational trends, productivity concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and operations teams to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls, project coordination, operations support, scheduling, construction administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting utility construction, electrical distribution, infrastructure, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of overhead and underground electrical distribution construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor tracking, productivity analysis, and project cost structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
