Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress monitoring.
• Use therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy based on client needs.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and accurate safety planning when necessary.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and peer support groups aimed at fostering community and personal growth.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance for quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves a diverse clientele dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. You will play a critical role in delivering compassionate care, facilitating healing, and promoting resilience among individuals, families, and groups. The aim is to empower clients on their path to recovery and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid background in clinical practices.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, treatment approaches, and clinical best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with an ability to foster effective therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and elderly clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus, enhancing your overall compensation package.
