Travel Insured International (TII), a leading travel insurance provider for more than 30 years, is seeking a Partner Growth Director, Digital Commerce to accelerate growth across the travel ecosystem. As a Partner Growth Director, Digital Commerce, you will own key relationships with global partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams.

To drive effectiveness in this role, you will have a successful track record in developing and executing growth strategies.

As a Partner Growth Director, Digital Commerce, you will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner’s total transaction value or insurance revenue.  Regular collaboration with Product, Marketing, Technology and Customer Operations will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Growth Road Mapping: Develop and lead the execution of long-term growth roadmaps for a portfolio of top-tier travel partners, focusing on scaling embedded protection revenue through conversion rate and price optimization.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Act as a primary growth consultant with both new and long-time partners, designing optimized, user-centric insurance placement solutions that align with the partner’s specific digital commerce ecosystem as well as optimizing cross-sell opportunities via partner marketing channels.
  • Data-Driven Insight Synthesis: Transform complex data sets into actionable insights and forecasts, providing partners with regular, high-level commentary on adoption trends, utilization, and untapped growth levers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub between Business Development leads, Insurance Product Managers, Sales and Customer Operations, and Marketing, orchestrating alignment to ensure technical and product solutions are perfectly tuned to the specific needs of the partner.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain "trusted advisor" status with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring TII remains a core component of their digital commerce strategy.
  • Yield & Performance Monitoring: Rigorously monitor and report on partner-specific KPIs, proactively identifying performance dips and designing intervention strategies to maintain growth momentum.

 

What YOU will bring to C&F:

  • Growth Optimization Mastery: a proven track record in revenue growth, specifically focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO), price elasticity testing, and user journey experimentation.
  • Executive Presence & Partnership Management: Demonstrated success in client-facing or partner-management roles, with confidence and maturity to influence founders and C-suite executives through data-driven insights.
  • B2C High-Growth Background: Experience within high-growth B2C environments—ideally in Product, Design, or Marketing—with a deep understanding of how to scale both digital commerce platforms and offline marketing tactics.
  • Analytical Fluency: Exceptional ability to analyze data sets and translate them into compelling narratives and actionable growth recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Commerce Acumen: A strong understanding of the digital commerce landscape, including consumer behavior and online travel booking trends, as well as the technical mechanics of embedded ancillary services.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams, including Marketing, Technology, and Product, to drive projects from ideation to launch.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • A minimum of 10 years’ partnerships experience, ideally in the Travel or the Insurance industry
  • Experience executing B2B2C or B2B2B distribution models is required
  • Experience with embedded ancillary product solutions and implementations is required
  • Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional to deliver high quality outcomes to timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Intermediate to advanced level skills with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and One Note is required.
  • Proficiency with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-commerce channels is required. Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and speak to technical solutions and implementations.
  • Travel is required, 40%, which may include international travel.
