You will interact with clients primarily through video chat and telehealth platforms, utilizing modern technology to ensure effective and accessible services. Your work will be centered around nurturing a supportive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and recovery.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual client needs and develop personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans.
• Provide clinical services via video consultations, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere that fosters trust and openness.
• Assist clients in developing essential life skills, including coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication abilities.
• Implement and monitor individual service plans, continuously assessing client progress and recalibrating treatment approaches as necessary.
• Advocate for clients by educating them about community resources, facilitating access to services, and supporting their navigation of healthcare systems.
• Maintain diligent documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide aftercare planning and support to ensure clients have a clear path to continued well-being following active treatment.

You will work primarily with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. Our goal is to empower these individuals, assisting them in achieving their personal and social goals while enhancing their overall quality of life. Supporting clients in developing community connections and resilience is at the heart of our therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Valid and current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to work independently without supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying empathy and understanding to build client rapport.
• Proficient in computer applications and telehealth technologies, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Experience providing skills training and support for daily living and community integration.
• Familiarity with symptom monitoring and management techniques in client care.
• Background in facilitating coping strategies for anger management and behavioral issues.
• Knowledge of developmental issues within family systems, enhancing your ability to address client needs holistically.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
