This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health support to clients from the comfort of your own home. Work Environment

This remote position offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to tailor your schedule within a Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM framework. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with diverse clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Facilitate a supportive virtual space where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and emotions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at their individual goals.
  • Utilize assessment tools to evaluate mental health needs and formulate actionable, solution-focused intervention strategies.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Must hold an active, independent license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling environment.
  • Experience in delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
