Scheduled work hours typically fall from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing validated tools to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and identify treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the specific diagnoses and emotional concerns of patients, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to support patients' coping strategies and emotional growth.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to explore their emotions, share experiences, and learn from one another.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care that holistically addresses patients’ mental health and related medical concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, utilizing your training and skills to assess the immediate needs of patients and develop a quick response plan.
• Educate patients and their family members regarding mental health challenges, treatment methods, and community resources available to support recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory mandates.
• Engage in routine team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights and recommendations based on professional expertise.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices through ongoing education and participation in professional workshops.

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. As a therapist, you will work closely with a diverse group of patients, ranging from adolescents to adults, which requires a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic techniques and cultural competencies to effectively meet their individual needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in Oregon is necessary to practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.
• Proficiency in delivering therapy using a variety of modalities and an understanding of recent advancements in mental health treatment.
• Strong skills in building rapport and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using electronic health records systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to function efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team while respecting professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases with empathy and expertise.
