Remote moderators may also answer questions, remove inappropriate content, and provide feedback to users. This role is essential for maintaining a positive and engaging online experience.

What does a remote moderator do?

As a remote moderator, you work from home to moderate the content of a message board, chat room, or another platform where users post and upload content. Your duties usually involve using the internet to access an online forum or discussion board, but you may also monitor social media accounts, patient healthcare reports, live debates, or survey responses. Remote moderators are frequently responsible for interpreting and enforcing the rules of a given setting, which may include deleting content, silencing speakers who break discussion rules, or directing people to remain on-topic. Job description

Are you the next Ubique Employee? Come be a part of our dynamic team!

Ubique Group is a digital-forward, consumer-driven powerhouse featuring an expansive portfolio of furniture brands. With over 20 years of building multiple brands from inception to success, Ubique Group offers a wide assortment of furniture solutions and furnishings that balance form, function, and style. At Ubique Group, our fingers aren't just on the pulse of the marketplace; we anticipate it, transforming the typical point-and-click shopping experience into an inspired, rewarding consumer journey.

Ubique Group is more than a company; we are a community of passionate, hard-working, and supportive people who believe in our business and each other. We champion our employees' individual capabilities and the team's collective power, and we extend that commitment to the families and communities around us.

About this role:

The AI Content Specialist will build Ubique's in-house AI content capability, using generative tools to produce imagery and content at scale, while helping to establish the SOPs, workflows, and standards that make AI a reliable, repeatable part of our creative engine. This is a hands-on, build-it role for someone who blends creative production instincts with process discipline and a passion for emerging technology. This role joins Ubique's Brand & Content Marketing team, a collaborative, high-impact group that brings strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, own, and continuously improve in-house generative AI workflows for image and video content production.
  • Identify opportunities across the team's scope of work where AI can drive efficiency, and streamline those processes to expand capacity.
  • Develop SOPs, prompt libraries, and quality standards that make AI content production efficient, consistent, and repeatable.
  • Partner with production and design to scale content while protecting product integrity and brand consistency.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control so AI-generated outputs meet brand, accuracy, and commercial standards.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools and techniques, recommending what to adopt as the landscape evolves.
  • Document workflows and train the broader team to build AI capability in-house.
  • Apply responsible-AI practices, including IP, copyright, and brand-safety review, to all AI-generated content before it is used commercially.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and/or video content.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills and an eye for visual quality and brand consistency.
  • A process-improvement mindset, able to spot inefficiencies and redesign workflows for speed and scale.
  • Background in content production, digital design, or creative operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build SOPs, workflows, and repeatable processes.
  • Comfort working in a rapidly evolving toolset and translating new capabilities into practical workflows.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
  • Experience in e-commerce, furniture, or consumer brands a plus.

Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes:

  • Fully remote position.
  • No waiting period for medical, dental, and vision benefits - Available on day one
  • Company-paid life insurance and employee assistance program for all employees
  • 401K with company match
  • Employee discount on Ubique Group products
  • Free office chair for remote employees
  • Ubique offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 18 Accrued PTO days per year.

Ubique Group is an equal-opportunity employer. We seek to employ the most qualified individuals for all our roles.
