Job description

We're looking for a BCBA ready to step into the Clinical Director position in our new clinic in Augusta GA. You'll help us set the clinical standard, build the team, and shape what this clinic becomes.

What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with our QA team to oversee all clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring across your designated clinic/region

  • Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff

  • Lead case reviews, deliver performance evaluations, mentor clinicians

  • Drive growth, partner with intake, build community relationships

  • Tapering billable caseload that decreases as the clinic/region grows

What we're looking for:

  • Active BCBA credential in good standing

  • Current Georgia LBA

  • 5+ years of clinic ABA experience with a pediatric population

  • 2+ years in supervisory or clinical leadership roles

  • Extensive experience with FBAs, BIP development, treatment planning

  • Familiarity with CentralReach

  • Working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance
