• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Engage clients in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure platforms like Zoom or specialized therapy software, fostering an empathetic environment.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapy goals, continually adapting strategies to support their journey toward mental health recovery.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to align with clients’ preferences and clinical needs.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring client confidentiality.
• Utilize an array of telehealth tools to streamline patient follow-ups, scheduling, and progress tracking.

As a mental health therapist at Frontier Health Care, you will work with a diverse clientele. Your clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. The flexibility of remote services allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds, locations, and circumstances, providing the means to facilitate their healing process efficiently and empathetically.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Proficient communication and listening skills to understand and address clients’ needs effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing caseloads and maintaining accurate records.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, showcasing your adaptability to digital platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and approaches tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Previous involvement in mental health advocacy, outreach, or community support initiatives.

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
