Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Yellow Brick Road, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor approaches for each client's unique needs.
• Developing comprehensive and effective treatment plans by assessing client issues, goals, and preferences.
• Facilitating insightful discussions to help clients explore and understand their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment and adjusting plans as needed to promote healthy coping strategies and personal growth.

Compensation and Benefits
