Location: Remote

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer (Programmer 2) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This position will develop and enhance C#/ASP.NET solutions while supporting data analysis, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and CI/CD activities.

Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET.

    • Support both client-side and server-side application development.

    • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.

    • Integrate data from multiple sources and support deduplication activities.

    • Analyze trends and patterns and develop queries and reports.

    • Design and develop user interface components.

    • Support mobile application development.

    • Develop solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

    • Work with Entity Framework and SQL Server.

    • Support Web API development.

    • Use Visual Studio 2019+ and GitLab source control.

    • Participate in CI/CD and Agile software delivery processes.

    • Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to application development.

      Minimum Qualifications
        • 4+ years of C#/ASP.NET software development experience on complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.

        • Intermediate understanding of C#/ASP.NET enterprise software architecture components and patterns.

        • Intermediate understanding of ASP.NET Framework 4.0 or greater and .NET Core.

        • Experience with both client-side and server-side development.

        • Experience with Entity Framework.

        • Experience with Visual Studio 2019+.

        • Experience with object-oriented analysis and design.

        • Experience with SQL Server.

        • Experience with GitLab source control.

        • Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.

        • Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.

        • Experience with query development and reporting.

        • Experience with user interface design and development.

        • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

        • Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

        Preferred Qualifications
        • Experience developing Web APIs.

        • Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

        • Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

        • Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
