You Are:

You are a seasoned engineering leader with deep expertise in high-speed mixed-signal IC design. You excel at managing cross-functional teams, navigating technical trade-offs, and mentoring talent. Your proven track record spans the full product lifecycle, and you thrive in collaborative, innovative environments. You communicate clearly, drive results, and are passionate about delivering robust, high-speed interfaces. Experience with UCIe Die-to-Die PHY is required. You're ready to make an impact at Synopsys.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Drive integration and delivery of high-speed I/O designs from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with architecture and design teams for optimal circuit performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, aligning IP and SoC design groups.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering talent.
  • Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, and reliability goals.
  • Manage post-silicon verification and advanced interface development.
