Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday- Advanced Compensation & Talent
The Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys turning people data into meaningful insights and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience? As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and advancing Signet's Workday ecosystem, with a focus on Advanced Compensation and Talent & Performance.
In this role, you'll partner with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to optimize how we use Workday, ensuring data integrity, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic initiatives that impact team members across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects, influence system design decisions, solve complex challenges, and help shape the future of our HR technology landscape.

What You'll Be Doing
Workday Administration & Optimization
  • Support and enhance Workday, with a primary focus on:
    • Advanced Compensation
    • Talent & Performance
  • Ensure HR data is accurate, reliable, and maintained with a high level of integrity.
  • Promote effective and efficient use of Workday across the organization.
  • Analyze employee and organizational data to identify trends and support business decision-making.

Reporting & Workforce Insights
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday.
  • Analyze workforce data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives.

Project Leadership & System Enhancements
  • Lead projects within assigned Workday functional areas from planning through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, engage subject matter experts, and drive project execution.
  • Evaluate business needs and recommend scalable Workday solutions and configurations.
  • Serve as a trusted partner in identifying opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.

System Changes, Testing & Governance
  • Ensure system changes are properly configured, documented, and tested before deployment.
  • Manage testing activities in non-production environments to validate functionality and minimize risk.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, version control, and naming conventions aligned with established best practices.
  • Support system integrations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives through collaboration with internal partners and stakeholders.

Issue Resolution & Operational Support
  • Lead issue resolution and coordinate responses during system or process-related disruptions.
  • Investigate complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Partner across teams to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.

Base pay range from $95,000 to $125,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
