What you'll do
- Customer and Channel Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, representatives, direct accounts, and key customers while serving as the primary commercial point of contact within the territory.
- Sales Growth, Territory Management, and Forecasting: Drive territory performance by identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, executing growth strategies, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- Customer Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions, resolve issues, and support strategic projects that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you'll bring
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 05 years of technical sales, industrial sales, or related business development experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Regular travel throughout the territory is required
Nice-to-haves:
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in industrial, power generation, water/wastewater, process, mining, or related markets preferred.
- Experience managing distributor networks, sales representatives, and channel partner relationships preferred
