Health Bridge Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and empathetic mental health therapist to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while meeting the diverse needs of our patient population. Our work hours typically run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some adjustments to your schedule may be necessary based on patient availability and requirements. As part of the community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and support staff, in a supportive and inclusive virtual environment.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience, and sustainable coping strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing processes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing trauma while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and compassionate care.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, adaptive coping mechanisms, and community resources available for ongoing recovery and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect patient information.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development, honing skills in trauma-informed care.
• Stay and engage current with research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve patient outcomes.

The therapist will primarily work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including military veterans, survivors of abuse, accident victims, and individuals facing chronic stressors. Our focus is on addressing conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. By providing tailored, compassionate care, you will play a transformative role in reshaping the lives of those who seek our support.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focused on trauma.
• Exceptional understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment methodologies, including resilience-building techniques.
• Demonstrated competence in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach when engaging with patients.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and deliver crisis intervention as needed.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and effective use of technology in a telehealth setting.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic care.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional credentials and specialized training in EMDR or TF-CBT will be favored. Experience working in community health settings and with diverse populations will enhance your application.
