Job Description Summary:

This role establishes budget baselines, tracks, reports, and communicates progress with applicable internal leaders and project management as appropriate. As the internal business partner, this position has the opportunity to bring financial acumen, attention to detail, and dedicated support to the teams developing the technology and infrastructure for tomorrow.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Leads the aggregation of internal budgets and reporting for internal investment projects, revenue, fee, cash flow, and other discretionary types.

  • Establish initial budgets and o report on the budget performance and provide thoughtful analytical support in the form of financial performance using established key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Communicates effectively with leaders from remote locations to provide financial guidance and support.

  • Bridge concepts into executable plans and structures from the early concept to support budget establishment and to initiate baseline development activities for the purposes of measuring progress to established cost and technical expectations.

  • Supports the development of communication/messaging of financial information for PMRs and QBRs as necessary for the investment activity.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports the development of all required deliverables (as needed).

  • Supports ad hoc tasks, special projects, and internal and external audits as required.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills/Abilities

  • Project management skills, with ability to perform analysis of variances

  • Compile and assess multiple projects compared to assigned budgets within a fiscal period

  • Proficient with Microsoft software, including strong MS Excel skills

  • Ability to present complex information to all levels of management

  • Able to analyze investment decisions and business case development

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

  • An understanding of related accounting principles, useful life, depreciation schedules

  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles for fixed assets.

  • Self starter that is capable of working independently and in a team environment


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline required. Master's Degree Preferred


Experience

  • Requires 5+ years of related experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is

$100,000.00 - $275,000.00
