About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating photographic images that connect customers to the unique experiences of Gap, Inc.’s various products and brands, with a focus on specialized photo shoots vs. general photo production. Through close partnership with brand creative partners, you will act as a consultant on creative and technical matters necessary to drive successful delivery of elevated creative assets necessary to engage with our customers. Working both independently, and as a part of a team; you will maintain cross-functional relationships with studio operational team members – aligning with our teams’ operational strategy.

What you'll do
  • Create superior quality photographic images to support our brands marketing asset needs.
  • Deliver creative solutions to effectively realize brand creative marketing needs through photography.
  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Maintain cross functional relationships with both studio operational and brand creative partners; functioning equally well as part of a team, or independently; aligning with operational strategy.
  • Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging.
  • Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience.
Who you are
  • Experience working in a high volume photo production environment with a proven track record and experience in creating a diverse range of commercial photography assets.
  • Experienced with video capture techniques and equipment and adept in digital photography equipment and processes necessary to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Experience with technical communication and documentation.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated with demonstrated decision making skills necessary to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Must be able to move equipment up to 50lb across the studio.

Salary Range: $93,700.00 - $121,800.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
