We are seeking a high-energy, high-grit leader who treats their portfolio like their own business. As the Director of Product Marketing & Analyst Relations, you won't just execute campaigns; you will own the market strategy, narrative, and analyst mindshare, driving cross-functional alignment and acting as a central hub of product success.

THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITYReporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead the strategic alignment between our product capabilities, market positioning, and industry-wide perception. This is a highly visible, high-impact global role that bridges the gap between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and the external analyst community (such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC). You will have the unique opportunity to shape the market narrative for a global SaaS leader, managing key stakeholder relationships and driving the launch of breakthrough capabilities.

Principal Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Leadership

  • Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.ย
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership: Plan, execute, and measure integrated global product launch strategies, working hand-in-hand with Product Management, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven sales tools, collateral, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence that directly accelerate sales velocity.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the resident expert on our buyers, how they buy, and their critical decision criteria. Continuously analyze and report on competitor strategies and market trends.

Analyst Relations Strategy

  • Mindshare Ownership: Own the relationships with key tier-one analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Spend Matters, etc.). Proactively brief them on JAGGAER's vision, roadmap, and customer wins.
  • Evaluation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end strategic execution of critical analyst evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, matrices), positioning JAGGAER as an undisputed market leader.
  • Strategic Feedback Loop: Synthesize analyst feedback and insights to advise the CMO, Product leadership, and Executive team on market needs and product roadmap priorities
Position Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SaaS Domain Experience: Extensive experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Product Management, or Enterprise Presales. Deep familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or ERP software is highly desired.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing, mentoring, or leading people is highly preferred, but a strong track record of informal/matrixed leadership and cross-functional project management will also be considered.
  • The "Mini-CEO" Outlook: High energy, exceptional grit, and a proactive, self-starting mindset. You take total ownership of outcomes and effortlessly navigate ambiguity.
  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You are equally comfortable presenting to a room of executive-level analysts, writing technical product briefs, or speaking on stage.
  • Global Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures in a highly collaborative, global matrix organization

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Direct exposure and collaboration with C-suite leadership (reporting directly to the CMO).
  • A fully remote, globally flexible work arrangement.
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with the stability and scale of an established market leader.
  • Competitive compensation, bonus structure, and comprehensive global benefits.

Our Values:

At JAGGAER, our business is about people. Our products are built on intellectual property, but the real differentiator is the teams behind them-the way we collaborate, innovate, solve problems, and deliver for customers.
