Senior Statistical Manager - (RWE) Peri/Post Approval

As a Senior Statistical Manager at ICON, you will lead statistical analysis activities, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

You will manage day-to-day biostatistics activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of statistical analysts and programmers to design and conduct statistical analyses for peri/post approval studies.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop statistical analysis plans and interpret study results.
  • Providing statistical expertise and guidance on study design, protocol development, and data interpretation.
  • Overseeing the development and validation of statistical models and methodologies for analyzing clinical trial data.
  • Contributing to the strategic planning and implementation of statistical analysis projects to support business objectives.

Your Profile:

You will have solid biostatistics experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in statistical analysis within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python.
  • Expert knowledge of real world research and peri/post approval designs, statistical methodologies, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
