Job description

What You'll Do

  • Learn the product delivery life cycle and how to monitor documentation progress within it
  • Write and edit user-facing documentation, including user guides, technical reference guides, and release notes
  • Collaborate with software developers, solution/product managers, and support and services teams to gather technical information and keep documents accurate and up to date
  • Help maintain and organize our documentation site/knowledge base in ClickHelp
  • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to our style standards
  • Use AI/LLM tools to generate first-draft content from source materials (such as specs, support tickets, and transcripts), then edit, fact-check, and fill in gaps to produce polished, accurate documentation
  • Incorporate feedback from user testing, support tickets, and customer questions to improve existing content
  • Contribute to larger documentation projects such as content audits, migrations, or restructuring efforts

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field (internships and academic experience count)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for clarity and consistency
  • Ability to break down complex or technical information into simple, user-friendly language
  • Comfort working with tools like ClickHelp, Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technical concepts and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have
