• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals with a broad range of mental health concerns, employing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans in line with established best practices.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, focusing on collaborative goal-setting with clients to foster a sense of ownership over their treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and confidential.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Participate in regular peer review sessions and case consultations to share insights and improve clinical practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Manage a full caseload of patients, ensuring that treatment goals are met efficiently while adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

As an LCSW at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients spanning various demographics and backgrounds. Our clientele includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will tailor your approach based on unique patient needs, engaging in therapeutic practices that respect cultural and individual differences.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for candidates possessing a Master's degree in Social Work.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based therapy interventions and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex patient needs.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and patient management.
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy.
• Prior experience working in hospice or palliative settings, which is beneficial given our focus on holistic mental health care for patients and families.

The salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
