• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, adapting to the unique needs of students.
• Provide comprehensive care and therapeutic interventions for students facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders within the school system to facilitate the best outcomes for students.
• Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of therapeutic approaches to enhance student engagement and effectiveness.

The primary focus of this role involves working with diverse youth populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students. These clients may present with various mental health challenges and require tailored interventions to promote resilience, emotional awareness, and coping skills. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in establishing a safe space for students to express themselves and explore their feelings.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Active and current LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience working within outpatient mental health settings or similar environments.

• Training in motivational interviewing techniques.
• Specialized experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Proficient in crisis intervention strategies and practical application in real-time scenarios.
