- In deiner Rolle als IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d) Endpoint Management bist du verantwortlich für die aktive Mitgestaltung der Tchibo Digital Workplace-Strategie auf Basis von Microsoft 365.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u. a. das Design, die Implementierung und der Support von Windows, Mac und Mobile Devices-Lösungen sowie die Umsetzung von relevanten Projekten.
- Darüber hinaus sorgst du für das Testen und Implementieren von Updates, Sicherheitspatches und Richtlinien im entsprechenden Verantwortungsumfeld.
- 3rd Level Incident Management, Problem Management auf Basis der Tchibo MDM Plattform gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenspektrum.
- Zudem sorgst du für das Bereitstellen und Pflegen von relevanten KB-Artikeln für 1st und 2nd Level IT Support sowie unsere Kund*innen, die Endanwender*innen.
- Du arbeitest mit anderen Tech Teams und weiteren Tchibo Fachbereichen crossfunktional sowie international zusammen, um unternehmensweit Anforderungen zu innovativen Lösungen zu analysieren, zu konzipieren und zu implementieren.
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Informationstechnologie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Ein fundiertes technisches Wissen über Microsoft Intune und JAMF kannst du nachweisen. Zudem kennst du dich mit den Betriebssystemen Windows, iOS, macOS, Android gut aus.
- Des Weiteren hast du Erfahrungen mit Windows Autopilot, Samsung Knox, Android Zero Touch und Apple ADE gesammelt.
- Du kennst dich mit Group Policy Richtlinien aus und hast bereits mit remote Computing Lösungen wie Remote Desktop Services und Azure Virtual Desktop gearbeitet.
- Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Infrastructure Services, insbesondere: (entraID, Intune,…) zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist erfahren in der Koordination und in dem Erwartungsmanagement von Stakeholdern sowie im Bereich ITSM / ITIL-Prozesse.
- Anhand von internen Kundenanforderungen analysierst du die Ist-Situation, erstellst und bewertest erste Lösungsansätze und setzt die Lösung selbständig um.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit einer der folgenden Projektmanagement Methoden: SCRUM, Prince2, PMI, IPMA.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- sowie Kollaborationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab.
