What You'll Do: 

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Pelican throughout the New England region, building relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users while driving growth across one of the company's most important territories. This is an opportunity to own your market, develop new business, expand existing partnerships, and represent industry-leading products trusted by professionals around the world. You'll have the flexibility of working remotely while spending time in the field meeting customers, attending events, and growing Pelican's presence throughout the region.

  • Own and grow the New England territory by developing relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Pelican's product portfolio throughout the region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Partner with dealers and channel partners to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations both independently and alongside dealer representatives and sales leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and recommending solutions that help them succeed.
  • Represent Pelican at trade shows, customer events, product demonstrations, and industry meetings throughout the territory.
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions to dealers, customers, and sales partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, pipeline updates, and forecasting information within Pelican's CRM system.
  • Partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience from quote to delivery.
  • Work Location: This is a remote, field-based position supporting the New England territory. (MA, CT, RI, VE, NH, MA, NY, NJ)

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. SAP experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Company products, the dynamics of the assigned region, and Company sales strategies and approaches.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, persuasion and presentation skills.
