About the Role


We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) to support our growing ERP practice. This is a highly client-facing and strategic role focused on shaping opportunities, leading discovery, and helping clients understand how Dynamics 365 can support their business goals.


In this role, you will partner closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand client needs, translate business challenges into practical solution approaches, and ensure there is strong alignment between what is proposed and what can be successfully delivered. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, leading solution conversations, and supporting the sales process with clear, thoughtful, and outcome-focused guidance. This is a primarily remote position, candidates must be located in the United States.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement & Discovery

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, priorities, and objectives.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate client requirements into clear solution concepts that align with Dynamics 365 F&SCM capabilities.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a credible advisor during early-stage ERP discussions.


Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&SCM solution approaches aligned with client needs and implementation best practices.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend practical configuration, process, or integration approaches where required.
  • Develop scalable and cost-effective solution recommendations that support both business value and delivery success.
  • Help define solution scope, assumptions, risks, and key considerations for prospective engagements.


Pre-Sales Execution

  • Lead or support demos, workshops, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
    Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives.
  • Develop business case and ROI messaging to help clients understand the value of the proposed solution.
  • Provide functional and solution expertise throughout the sales process to help shape strong, realistic opportunities.


Sales & Delivery Collaboration

  • Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and support deal strategy.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Help ensure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities, project scope, and client expectations.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, go-to-market activities, and solution approach improvements.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, functional consulting, or a similar client-facing ERP role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and/or supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
  • Experience leading client workshops, demos, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
  • Experience supporting or delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
