Sales Specialist – Omni Hotels & Resorts | Remote (Omaha, NE) Job Summary Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Part-Time Sales Specialist to join its Customer Care Center team. This remote role offers $45–$75/hour and provides the opportunity to support sales associates and customers, ensuring guest satisfaction through courteous, timely, and professional service. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

You will play a key role in assisting hotels, supporting reservation sales associates, and providing temporary coverage for Sales Supervisors when needed. Saturday: Off Sunday: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Monday: Off Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm Thursday: 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm Friday: 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm Key Responsibilities Assist hotels by answering questions and problem-solving. Support and track work-at-home associates' technical issues. Process reservations and apply selling strategies to maximize revenue. Respond effectively to customer inquiries. Display a pleasant, helpful, and courteous attitude toward customers, associates, and management.

Provide temporary coverage for Sales Supervisors, including opening, closing, and emergency situations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements Experience supporting reservation sales associates with inquiries and problem-solving. Excellent conflict management and mediation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to work independently while maintaining Omni's standards.

Good organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Equipment Requirements (Work at Home Program) Windows 11 (64-bit) or newer (Apple not supported). Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or better. 8GB RAM, 100GB free disk space.

Ethernet port (wired connection required). Licensed and up-to-date antivirus (Windows Defender suggested). Logitech USB Headset (H650e or H570e). Internet speed: minimum 25mb download / 10mb upload (proof required). Wired keyboard and mouse (wireless not allowed). Smartphone with Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator apps. Additional monitors, ergonomic chair/desk, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit recommended.
