These contractors typically work in areas such as software development, project management, IT support, or consulting. They are not permanent Microsoft employees but are engaged for specific projects or periods of time. Remote Microsoft Contractors often enjoy flexible schedules and the ability to work from anywhere, but they may not receive the same benefits as full-time employees. Their responsibilities and work arrangements are defined by the terms of their contract.
