Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to provide accurate mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring efficient time management and adherence to company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support community mental health needs.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to foster client progress and achieve established therapeutic goals, adapting strategies as clients advance.
• Complete thorough documentation for each session, including clinical notes and treatment plan updates, in compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and children facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Whether working with adolescents navigating self-identity or adults addressing relationship issues, your expertise will play a critical role in empowering clients to overcome personal struggles, cultivate resilience, and foster overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of family therapy principles and community resources available to clients.
• Proficient in documentation practices, including the ability to complete diagnosis assessments and treatment plans accurately.
• Experience working with diverse populations and the flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet varied client needs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members in a remote setting.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.
