• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients and families, addressing specific issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples and families, employing techniques that promote understanding and resolution in conflicts while ensuring each individual feels heard and supported.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help clients navigate challenges related to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stressors.
• Utilize appropriate digital tools to document client progress and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Your area of expertise as an LMFT will be vital in addressing the needs of various demographics, including individuals, couples, and multi-generational families in the Boca Raton area. You will work closely with clients experiencing difficulty in relationships, coping with loss, and managing transitions such as remarriage or separation. By tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, you play a pivotal role in fostering healthier, more resilient family systems.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current and active LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A deep-seated passion for serving diverse populations and a commitment to clinical excellence.

• Experience providing therapy services in a similar outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with the use of telemedicine and digital communication tools in therapeutic contexts.
• Strong understanding of family dynamics, including issues relating to blended families and intergenerational conflicts.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
