• Build and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe space for therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific challenges and goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Remain current with best practices and participate in continued education to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

As an LMFT at Psych Blossom, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our focus is on creating inclusive and supportive experiences that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in various therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in time management to maintain an effective caseload.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices will be advantageous.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives related to mental health is a plus.

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
