• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and to develop effective treatment plans.
• Create personalized therapy regimens tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, fostering an individualized approach to mental health care.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with other specialists, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive mental health care for clients.
• Engage families in the treatment process by providing education and support, guiding them through their loved ones' healing journeys.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential records of patient interactions, adhering strictly to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a significant advantage in adapting to remote therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to CBT or DBT, is highly desirable.
