As an LMFT, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations employing the latest DSM and collaborating closely with psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Engage in case management and treatment planning, ensuring continuity of care for clients presenting with mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders.
• Offer crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and skills training as needed, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in our electronic health record system.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a community health setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health records.

While not required, the following experience is preferred:

• Experience working in a community health environment or outpatient mental health clinic.
• Background in treating diverse populations, with an understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare models and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 125,000, reflecting a competitive pay structure that rewards experienced clinicians.
