• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans that target their specific needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions where you employ tailored strategies that promote personal development and enhance overall well-being.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, engaging in ongoing tracking and adjustment of these goals to optimize progress.
• Provide teletherapy solutions for clients, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or who prefer remote interactions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and seeking out new information related to mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.

As an LMFT at Eagles' Mediation Mental Clinic, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. • Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to manage caseloads effectively.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focusing on mental health counseling, particularly within a community health context.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methodologies and experience working with clients in recovery.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
