• Provide expert individual, couples, and family therapy services to a diverse range of clients seeking outpatient care.
• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health and relational needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals for their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and family systems theory to effectively address a wide array of challenges, including relationship dynamics and communication barriers.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring both client and family safety while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Keep accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on practical communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies aimed at enhancing their overall relational and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care tailored to each client's needs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional development and training.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, tackling a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Your work will significantly contribute to improving the lives of individuals and families, enabling them to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals for a healthier future.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience, showcasing a proven track record in therapeutic settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a clinical team.
• Adaptability in scheduling to accommodate client appointments and the needs of the clinic.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy services is favorable.
• Familiarity with remote counseling practices and virtual therapy tools.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
