• Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to therapeutic work.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective therapeutic engagement and collaboration with team members.

• Experience in addiction counseling or working with clients facing co-occurring disorders.
