This role is entirely remote, utilizing a robust digital infrastructure to maintain therapist-client confidentiality and convenience. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, focusing on strategies that promote emotional well-being and relationship enhancement.
• Provide ongoing assessments and adjustments to treatment plans, maintaining detailed records of client progress to track improvements and ensure comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing your expertise to support clients during moments of acute distress or emotional upheaval.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers, when appropriate, to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards pertaining to therapy practice, maintaining professional development and compliance with state laws regarding licensed practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of concerns such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will enable you to foster healthy communication patterns and conflict resolution strategies within familial and relational dynamics.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience in providing remote therapy services, showcasing a familiarity with telehealth tools and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to establish effective therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in time management to handle a caseload effectively.

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly among diverse populations and varied socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Previous involvement in collaborative care models that integrate mental health services with other health disciplines.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our robust benefits package includes:
