In the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be tasked with various responsibilities aimed at promoting mental wellness in our clients. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting both individual and joint therapy sessions with couples, along with family therapy sessions that may involve multiple family members.
• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans that address specific needs such as substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and communication issues.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy.
• Maintaining meticulous progress notes and documentation within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care, particularly for clients experiencing medical or psychological challenges.

Our patient population includes diverse individuals, couples, and families seeking support in various areas, including but not limited to:

• Relationship dynamics and conflicts such as separation, divorce, and blended family adjustments.
• Challenges related to job stress or chronic medical issues.
• Grief and loss management for individuals coping with the death of a loved one.
• Substance use issues and recovery.
• General communication difficulties and family discord.

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient care and commitment to best practices in therapy.
