• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional and behavioral needs of clients experiencing relationship challenges and mental health disorders.
• Provide compassionate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address the unique needs of clients and their families.
• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and guidance during emergencies to ensure client safety.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously adapting to the evolving needs of patients, and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

The clients you will serve consist of individuals and families grappling with substance use disorders and concurrent mental health concerns. This includes adolescents and adults from diverse demographic backgrounds, each with their own unique circumstances and challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards recovery, facilitating the healing of relational dynamics, and empowering them to build healthier patterns.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant therapeutic setting, focusing on both individual and family therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application in the therapy setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and comprehensive treatment modalities for mental health and substance abuse.

• Previous experience working remotely in a telehealth capacity.
• Proficient in evidence-based treatment frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
