• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and families, leveraging your expertise to address complex psychological issues.
• Develop and execute customized treatment plans to help clients confront and manage their problems effectively, focusing on relationship dynamics and personal issues.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to encourage clients to explore their feelings and behaviors, thereby enhancing their coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment interventions through our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and participate in regular team meetings to ensure coordinated care and share best practices for therapeutic techniques.

Your clients will include individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will specifically work with those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, chronic pain management, and significant life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in facilitating meaningful interventions that enhance their emotional well-being.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least 3 years of related professional experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth software; past experience with telemedicine is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical principles, treatment methodologies, and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and varying psychological conditions.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Continuing education in relevant therapeutic techniques or specializations within the field.
