Remote Data Architect (Part-Time) REMOTE AGREE

Assess Current Data Environment: Evaluate existing County and partner systems, data sources, and integration points; identify data quality and interoperability gaps.

Design Enterprise Data Architecture: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with CalAIM, HIPAA, and County data standards.

Develop Integration and Interoperability Framework: Define secure data exchange mechanisms, APIs, and ETL processes for cross-system sharing.

Establish Data Governance and Standards: Create and document data dictionaries, metadata standards, and governance procedures ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Support Reporting and Analytics: Design data structures and schemas to enable operational dashboards, outcome tracking, and State-mandated CalAIM reporting.

Deliver Technical Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Produce clear technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and provide knowledge transfer to County IT staff.

Reporting & Analytics Data Model – Data schema supporting program metrics and State reporting.

Data Landscape Assessment Report – Summary of systems, data sources, and identified integration gaps.

Data Architecture Design Package – Includes enterprise data models, data flow diagrams, and architecture recommendations.

Integration & Interoperability Specifications – Technical design for APIs, data pipelines, and exchange standards
