  • Define migration strategies for historical recordings, transcripts, and associated metadata.
  • Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

Backend Development
  • Build serverless and microservices-based applications using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon SQS.
  • Develop APIs and automation to extract recordings and metadata from Calabrio and load them into AWS services such as Amazon S3 and Amazon DynamoDB.
  • Integrate with Amazon Transcribe and Contact Lens analytics where required.

Front-End Development
  • Develop dashboards and administrative tools using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Build interfaces for migration monitoring, reconciliation, and operational reporting.

Data Migration and Validation
  • Develop automated scripts to migrate historical call recordings, transcripts, and metadata.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
  • Ensure chain of custody and auditability throughout the migration process.

DevOps and Automation
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub GitHub Actions, Atlassian Jenkins, or Amazon Web Services AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate environment provisioning, testing, and deployment.

Security and Compliance
  • Implement encryption, access controls, and audit logging using AWS Key Management Service, AWS Identity and Access Management, and AWS CloudTrail.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and enterprise data retention requirements.

Collaboration
  • Partner with contact center, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing, cutover planning, and post-production stabilization.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications on AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens and/or call recording analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating with Calabrio or similar workforce and recording solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Front-end development experience with React or Angular.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, serverless architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Amazon Web Services certifications such as AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of contact center quality management and analytics processes.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Athena, Amazon QuickSight, and Amazon OpenSearch Service.

Top 3 Critical Skills
